Participate as a contributing member in a team-oriented setting.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Set up and operate various types of CNC machines, perform progressive machining operations to create the productWrite and qualify CNC programs that produce parts conforming to print requirementsMeet quality and schedule requirementsMonitor tool life and replace cutting tools as neededWork effectively with little supervisionTroubleshoot programming and in-process production issuesPerform CNC setups for other production personnel to runRun prototype or complex parts as neededProvide written operational feedback for both new and repeating jobs to aid in process improvement effortsMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and proceduresProvide technical assistance, guidance, and instruction to operators and lower level machinists as requiredEducation: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: 3-6 years in a manufacturing environment with CNC experienceCompensationEmployee Type: Hourly Currency: USD Salary Minimum: 50,000 Salary Maximum: 75,000 Incentive: No
