You will set up, gage, and run production on castings using CNC lathes or mills, including full tooling and fixturing setup, precision measurement, and machining operations to maintain tight tolerances. Candidates with limited experience, but strong mechanical aptitude and the right attitude are encouraged to apply!You will:Perform operations necessary to face, turn, bore, chamfer, grove, thread, drill, tap, and wash a variety of materials and partsSet-up machines where detail and operating procedures are standardized and obviousUtilize CNC equipment, manual machines, precision measuring equipment, overhead hoists, hand tools/power tools/air tools and refractometerMay be required to read part drawings and use adjustable and fixed gauges to check workMaintain proper coolant ratios and levels and perform routine maintenancePerform other duties as assignedKey Qualifications:High School or equivalent3 – 5 years of CNC machining experience requiredMS Office Suite experienceMust have GD&T and print comprehension and understand shop mathMust be able to multi-task to keep production running smoothlyPhysical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 30lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):1st shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm Monday - FridayOccasional mandatory overtime requiredCompensation:The hourly pay for this role is: $30.00 - $32.00/hr.

DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.$1000 Hiring Bonus - The hiring bonus is payable at $500 after 90 days and $500 after 6 months of employment.
