Automatics OperatorOur client, a manufacturing company, is seeking several Automatics Operators to help keep the world moving. An Automatics Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, adjusting, and performing basic troubleshooting on multi-spindle automatic screw machines.Job Title: Automatics OperatorLocation: Chetek, WIPay Range: Starting Pay $25/hour with flexibility depending on experience level.Shift Details: M-F 2:00pm – 11:00pmWhat's the Job?Set up, operate, and adjust multi-spindle automatic screw machines, including ISAMs, NoCAMS, and Hydromats.Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and process adjustments to meet production specifications.Inspect finished parts using gauges and measuring instruments to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.Troubleshoot machining issues, make corrections, and maintain quality throughout the production run.Perform routine machine maintenance, monitor oil and coolant levels, and follow all safety procedures.What's Needed?High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.At least 1 year of machining experience preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications, and use precision measuring instruments.Experience with tool grinding, sharpening, and proper tooling selection, including inserts and coatings.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturingWhat's in it for me?Outstanding Benefits!Excellent Medical, Dental & Vision benefitsRetirement Account-Company contributes 3% annually401k company match up to 5%Quarterly profit-sharing bonusGreat culture!If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more please contact
