This role is hands-on and detail-driven—you'll be running machines, checking your own work, and making sure parts are built right the first time.You'll work under the direction of a supervisor, but you'll be expected to manage your setup, quality, and day-to-day work responsibly.Shift: 3rd 10:00PM-6:30AM Monday-FridayShift Differential: Overnight positions include a shift differential of $2–$4 per hour, depending on the assigned workdays.Sign On Bonus: $ What You'll Be DoingProgram, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machinesLoad programs and make simple edits when neededSet up machines, fixtures, tooling, and materialsRun parts to production specificationsInspect and measure parts using handheld measuring toolsBlend surfaces or remove excess material using hand tools or machinesModify parts as required to meet specificationsFollow assembly and production requirements for new manufactured partsUse computerized tracking systems as neededMaintain 5S standards in your work areaFollow all health, safety, and environmental rulesWork within ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirementsFollow the Corporate Code of Ethical StandardsSupport "One Chromalloy" core valuesKeep a clean, safe, and organized workspaceWork effectively on your own or with the teamWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years CNC experience preferredPassing score on job-related skills testAble to read and write in EnglishAble to follow verbal and written instructionsComfortable using handheld measuring toolsBasic math skills for measurements and tolerancesReliable, safety-minded, and detail-orientedTeam player with a good attitudeThis position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
