Machine TechnicianThe Machine Technician is responsible for producing high-quality products through accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of all manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate thrives in environments where safety, quality, service and cost are the highest priorities. The Machine Technician will perform various, rotating duties relating to all manufacturing operations. He or she will support managers and all plant staff to meet operational goals and perform duties as assigned.
Employees will contribute to a highly motivated and positive environment. The Machine Technician must be familiar with all areas of the process, along with any off-line equipment associated with the production line. It is the responsibility of all Technicians to operate in a safe manner, and monitor the quality of the product we produce.This position works a full-time schedule from Monday through Friday, 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM; Overtime opportunities are available, and this role includes a $1.25 per hour shift differential in addition to base pay.Essential DutiesAssure all activities are performed safelyProduce high-quality products consistentlyGenerate timely, consistent reportsCommunicate positively with co-workers and leadersQualifications RequiredH.S.
