2nd Shift Machine Shop SupervisorLead the day-to-day operations of a machine shop while supporting production goals, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for supervising team members, coordinating production priorities, and providing hands-on machining and technical support to ensure on-time delivery.Supervise machine shop employees to ensure efficient operations, quality workmanship, and adherence to production schedules.Set up and operate CNC milling and CNC lathe machines while providing technical support and guidance to team members.Coordinate production priorities and communicate effectively with other shifts to meet delivery requirements.Enforce workplace safety standards and maintain a safe, organized work environment.Assist with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts within the machine shop.Minimum 8 years of CNC machining experience, including at least 4 years setting up CNC mills and CNC lathes.Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.CNC programming or editing experience preferred, with knowledge of Fanuc CNC controls.Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints with strong attention to detail.High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in CNC Machining preferred.Medical PlanDental PlanVision/Eyewear planIL Paid Leave Hours401kLife insurancePrescription drug reimbursementShort-term disabilityReferral bonuses
