- Direct and coordinate production, processing, distribution activities of machine shop.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
- Manage quotes, develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies and materials, ensuring that materials, labor, and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.
- 5 to 10 years of machining experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent technical knowledge of machining operations and equipment

- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in the field.
