Machine Shop Associate - Polish & Debur - 1st Shift

Our client is looking for a Machine Shop Associate to perform Sanding and Polishing. Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment specializing in the production of customized semiconductor and solar products. In this role, you will be responsible for sanding, polishing, and inspecting finished components to ensure they meet strict quality standards. You will read work orders, process travelers independently, and follow detailed work instructions, all while adhering to ISO and quality policies.This position requires attention to detail, good workmanship practices, and the ability to lift or move objects up to 50 lbs. You’ll work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, in a dynamic setting that values precision and efficiency.Required Skills, Education, and Experience:Experience in sanding, polishing, or related manufacturing skillsAbility to read and interpret work instructions and printsKnowledge of quality inspection practices and adherence to ISO policiesAbility to maintain a clean and organized workspaceStrong work ethic and attention to detail in a fast-moving environmentThink you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
