Join Our Team at GFMCO, LLCGFMCO, LLC is currently seeking members to join our team at our Cordele, GA plant.Assist in operating computer-controlled machines to perform one or more machine functions on ductile iron pieces.Properly load and unload material and parts in CNC machineUse gauges and measuring equipment to maintain tolerance requirementsMaintain a high quality of workmanship, quantity of work, and cycle time.Understand and interpret G-code programmingUnderstand and abide all safety procedures, quality policies, specifications, and instructionsOther tasks assigned by management personnelAdhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the company handbookClean and maintain work station and surrounding areaAbility to learn the use of general machining tools:(Gauges, Micrometers, calipers, 1-2-3 blocks, indicators, etc.)Ability to learn the use of a Fanuc or Mazatrol controller1 year CNC machining experience; (preferred)Ability to remain standing for long periods of timeAbility to lift parts up to 50lbsHigh sense of urgency and pay close attention to detailAbility to understand and abide by all safety procedures, quality policies, specifications, and instructions when operating machinesMust pass pre-employment drug screening.Must have reliable transportation.Job TypeThis is a full-time, Hourly position.Preferred ExperienceExperience: 1 year of Industrial and CNC experience (preferred)Education: High school or equivalent (Required)M-F 5am - 3pm
