Campbell Manufacturing LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Setup Operator to support our Manufacturing & Production team. In this role, you will set up, adjust, and change over ultrafiltration and water treatment production equipment according to work orders and specifications.
Responsibilities include reading blueprints, installing tooling, performing test runs, monitoring quality, and completing basic preventive maintenance. You’ll troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, follow strict safety and 5S standards, and document production data. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative environment focused on reliability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
