Machine PackersMachine Packers - Hiring Now Cenveo | Williamsburg, PA Pay & Schedule $17.40/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr (when working nights). 2 days and 2 nights required: Day shift 7am -- 7pm / Night shift 7pm -- 7am. Mandatory overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season.

Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs. Opportunity to be promoted to a Machine Adjuster position if adequate mechanical skills are demonstrated after 90 days with the possibility to earn up to $23.83/hr if successful progress is being made based on the requirements for the position.Primary DutiesLoads paper on to automatic hand-fed/web envelope folding machines; pack finished product.Inspects quality of envelopes, labels cartons, reports variances to key personnel.Checks current production orders/schedules to determine daily production requirements.May be required to complete reworkCleans up work area during/end of shift.Other duties as assigned/required.Job RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent.6 months of relevant work experience in a production environment.Quality inspection skills and ability to measure/read a ruler.Basic math, verbal/written communication, computer skillsDetail oriented, safety focused, and reliableConsistent attendance and dependability are critical for this rolePhysical RequirementsFrequent standing, bending, climbing, and reachingLift up to 55 lbs; manual dexterity requiredWork around noise, machinery, inks, solvents, and glueAbility to work in hot or cold conditions and stay alert around equipmentAble to keep pace with high speed production for a full shiftCENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER INDCVOP
