Once training is complete, you'll transition to your assigned schedule.What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in producing the industry's leading golf balls by:Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipmentLoading materials and keeping production running smoothlyMaking machine adjustments and troubleshooting issuesPerforming quality inspections to meet Titleist standardsMeeting production goals while maintaining a safe work environmentCollaborating with teammates while working independently when neededWhat We're Looking ForManufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but not required.
