This position reports to the Production Supervisor.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWithin a team environment, efficiently and safely operate equipment and perform other functions to maximize equipment utilization, quality and team harmony.Make necessary adjustments to maintain control conditions.Accurately observe, measure and record product / process necessary to ensure product quality.Provide active input to continuous process improvement.Provide accurate documentation of production operations.Receive and move material to efficiently maintain production.Effectively communicate job related information.QualificationsHS Diploma or GEDCompensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, competencies and location.
