This position supports the Gluer Operator and Gluer Level II team in productivity and quality assurance, and is trained to feed and pack off the gluer machine, as well as cross-train on the packing line as needed.Essential Job Duties:Inspect, sort, and pack blister cards, ensuring no marks or scratchesMonitor feeding and folding materials; report issues to the gluer operatorAssist in cleaning and maintaining gluer machineryMaintain organization of production area, return unused packing supplies, and prep for next jobsQualifications:High School Diploma requiredMechanical aptitude and teamwork skillsAbility to quickly recognize defects, apply learned skills, and adapt to new situationsBasic counting and math skillsStrong attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to stand/walk in steel toe shoes for most of the shiftApply Today Resume not required
