As a Machine Operator, you'll operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines, ensuring high-quality production of plastic parts. Your role includes inspecting finished products, performing trimming, light assembly, packaging, and maintaining a clean work environment—all while following safety procedures and work instructions.Role Overview:Operate and oversee plastic injection molding machinesInspect parts for defects such as discoloration, cracks, warping, or incomplete moldingRemove finished parts from machines or conveyorsTrim excess plastic and conduct light assembly tasksPackage, label, and count finished productsRecord production and quality dataMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPEReport machine issues, safety concerns, or quality problems to supervisorsRequired Skills:Ability to stand for entire shiftCapable of occasionally stooping, kneeling, or crouchingProficient in handling and manipulating small parts and toolsStrong attention to detail and focusAbility to handle fast-paced work environmentsGood work ethic and reliabilityPhysical ability to lift up to 35 lbsNice to Have Skills:Previous experience in manufacturing or plastic moldingBasic mechanical aptitudeFamiliarity with safety procedures and PPE usagePreferred Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious manufacturing experience is a plus but not requiredOther Requirements:Comfortable working in a clean, well-lit environmentAble to tolerate moderate noise levelsWillingness to follow safety guidelines and proceduresAbility to work around moving mechanical partsIf you're ready to kick-start your career in manufacturing with a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork, apply now to become an essential part of our production team!
