Pay rate: $19-$24.If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with high-tech automated machinery, this could be the perfect role for you!Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor automated roll forming lines (uncoiler, straightener, punching & cutting presses).Set up machines and adjust settings based on production orders (ERP/SAP).Load and change coils with assistance from crane/bridge operators.Perform regular quality checks on product dimensions and accuracy.Conduct basic maintenance and ensure smooth operation of equipment.Identify and quarantine defective materials; report issues promptly.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in line with company standards.QualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing or metal forming preferred.Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers).Basic computer skills; ERP/SAP experience a plus.Forklift certification (Clark 5T) preferred.Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
