Machine Operator 2nd/3rd Shift (Training on 1st Shift)
York, PA
Full-Time | 2nd Shift: SunThu, 10:00 PM6:20 AM
$22/hr + Overtime
46 Weeks Paid Training on 1st Shift Start Your Manufacturing Career on a Stable 2nd-Shift Schedule
We are hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing team in York County. This role includes 46 weeks of paid training on 1st shift before transitioning to permanent 2nd shift . Ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude, production experience, or a desire to learn industrial machine operation. What Youll Do
* Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial machinery
* Load raw materials and remove finished products
* Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
* Adjust machine settings and make minor corrections
* Use tape measures, calipers, gauges, and micrometers to verify accuracy
* Complete production paperwork and daily reporting
* Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance
* Work with your team to hit nightly production goals
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
What Were Looking For
* Experience in machine operation, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse
* Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
* Ability to work independently on a fastpaced line
* Willingness to train on 1st shift for 46 weeks
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand for 8+ hours
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
* Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion
* Comfortable working in a loud, industrial manufacturing environment

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
