We're hiring for multiple positions in a dynamic rubber manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced setting.Machines in OperationStamper Operator: Operate press machines to punch tiles, auto-stack products, and perform quality checks.
Preferred experience with HMI control panels.Reroller Operator: Final stage of production; use forklift and hoist to cut rolls to customer specifications and prepare for shipping.Mix Operator: Combine wet and dry materials, load molds, and secure lids.
