Metal Shop Production Technician - Machine OperatorJoin a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality sheet metal components in a clean, modern facility.Schedule:7:00 AM - 3:30 PMOvertime available, with some days extending to 5:00 PM - 5:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Operate CNC and manual press brakesInstall hardware using Haeger insertion equipmentPerform resistance spot weldingRead blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawingsMeasure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other toolsConduct first-piece and in-process quality inspectionsAssist with setups, changeovers, and preventive maintenanceMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaCross-train on additional fabrication equipment and processesWhat We're Looking For:Experience with sheet metal fabrication, press brakes, or manufacturing equipmentAbility to read blueprints and follow work instructionsExperience using measuring and inspection toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBenefits & Perks:Company-paid healthcare coverageCompany-paid short-term & long-term disabilityMetLife benefits package10 paid holidays starting on day onePTO available after probationary period401(k) with company match after one yearClean, organized, and safety-focused facilityCross-training and growth opportunitiesJob Type & Location:This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Benefits: BC/BS for Healthcare and MetLife for the rest. 10 paid holidays, vacation pro-rated in the first year and our 401K offers entry at the first of each quarter with Company matching funds (60% of the first 6% of contribution) after 1-year of employment (for active Plan participants). There is a 5-year vesting period for the matching funds only.
