Machine OperatorHamilton Connections is seeking candidates for a Machine Operating position in Windsor, CT.Performs responsible manual and machine operator tasks in the setup, maintenance and operation of cutters, collators and folders.• Review and interpret instructions; order materials; complete production records• Perform process related trouble-shooting and correction to ensure dimensions and quality of piece; monitor production• Hand gather items from conveyor, load labels into trays• Keep work area neat and orderly• Keep manager/supervisor informed of activities and situations that will impact the achievement of corporate or department goals• Perform other related duties as required to achieve the goals and objectives of the department and company• Ability to apply written instructions to machine operation and product quality• Reliability through attendance, punctuality and attention to work station• Demonstrates positive safety attitude
