Machine Operator/WelderMachine Operator – Welder Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (Fridays required during busy season) Location: Kindred, ND Pay Rate: $20 per hour + (DOE) Job Summary: Kelly is seeking a skilled Machine Operator–Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the setup, operation, fabrication, assembly, and welding of structural metal products using a variety of machines and tools.

Essential Job Functions:Efficiently set up and operate Stamtec Press, Press Brake, and/or Floor Machine for routine established workLoad, install, and correctly set up tools as required, including computer set-upVerify work pieces conform to specifications using precision measurement toolsSafely operate forklifts and other equipment to handle materials and completed workOperate hand power tools and other equipment to complete projectsInterpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and schematics to determine welding processesOperate manual and automated welding units and equipmentAssist team members as needed and perform other assigned dutiesQualifications:Minimum 1 year of machine operation and welding experience requiredCompetent with basic dimensional measuring and math; able to learn precision tools quicklyComputer knowledge is a plusAbility to work independently and collaborativelyPhysical Demands:Continuous walking, standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, reaching, and handlingAbility to lift at least 75 poundsWorking near moving mechanical parts, noise, and exposure to outdoor elementsWhy Kelly?Weekly pay & benefitsTemp-to-hire opportunitiesSupportive team environmentTraining and growth potentialReady to join a hardworking team?
