Machine Operator- Weekly Pay- Start ASAPLocation: Tea, SDPay: $22-$27/hourHours: Various Shifts AvailableThis role focuses on setting up and operating a variety of metal fabrication machines to produce high-quality components for generator systems used in data centers. You will read and interpret drawings and cut lists, measure and record material usage, and follow established quality guidelines to ensure precise and consistent production results.Responsibilities:Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and cut lists to determine material requirements and fabrication steps.Set up and operate fabricating machines, including laser cutters, punch presses, brake presses, shears, flame cutters, and saws.Use tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools to ensure accurate dimensions and tolerances.Record and monitor material usage to support inventory control and production tracking.Follow all established quality guidelines and procedures to maintain consistent product standards.Use basic hand tools and power tools, including grinders, to prepare and finish parts as needed.Essential Skills:Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and cut lists.Proficiency in setting up and operating fabricating machines such as laser cutters, punch presses, brake presses, shears, flame cutters, and saws.Ability to accurately use tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.Competence with basic hand tools and power tools, including grinders.Strong math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and working with fractions.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Safety-first mindset with consistent focus on safe work practices.High attention to detail supported by strong math skills.Ability to think in terms of cause and effect when troubleshooting or improving processes.Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.Adaptable to change in a growing and evolving manufacturing environment.Why Work Here?You will join a rapidly growing organization that builds generator systems for data centers and offers significant room for advancement.
