Pay: $26/hour Shift: Fri, Sat, Sun - 6a-6:30p, work 36, paid for 40PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPerform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipmentPerform various general labor in all shop areasOperate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stopsCommunicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materialsMove material by means of forklift and overhead crane operationComply with all safety and health regulationsClean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work areaAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environmentWhat you'll need:Knowledge of safe machine practice standardsAbility to read blueprints or production schematicsAbility to keep up machineryAbility to do small to moderate repairs on machineryWorking Conditions:Safety sensitive positionWork environment can include plant, warehouse, production and non-production areas, and job sites located on interstates and highwaysThis position may require work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidaysAbility to tolerate both high and low temperatures, loud noises typical of a manufacturing plantIn addition to the duties and requirements, all candidates must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
