This is a direct hire opportunity with immediate need due to growing production demands especially in broaching operations on 2nd shift. You’ll be supported by a team that values quality, training, and consistency, with excellent benefits and long-term career stability.We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team.

This position is responsible for operating production machinery, conducting inspections, and following ISO and safety procedures to ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working with precision measuring equipment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Operate screw machines and assist with broaching and other precision machining processesPerform in-process inspection checks every hour using various gaugesComplete spot checks and detailed in-process inspection reportsFollow ISO-compliant quality procedures and support audit readinessMaintain a clean and safe work areaCommunicate any mechanical or process issues to shift leads or supervisorsParticipate in cross-training and support other team members as neededLift up to 50 lbs as needed throughout shiftCompensation:Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's experience, mechanical ability, and work history. Entry-level candidates start at $18-$23/hour, with higher pay negotiable based on skill.Benefits:We offer a full benefits package, including health, paid time off, and a supportive, long-term work environment.
