You will play a crucial part in maintaining production standards, ensuring product quality, and minimizing downtime.Key Responsibilities:Independently operate and monitor wave machinery to ensure peak production efficiency.Perform precise machine setups, changeovers, and routine operational adjustments.Conduct continuous quality inspections to ensure all output meets strict manufacturing specifications.Troubleshoot minor mechanical faults and assist with preventative maintenance as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with safety regulations.Required Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of hands-on machine operation experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is required.Direct experience operating wave machines or highly similar complex production equipment.Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and a high attention to detail.Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical operational manuals and production orders.A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, quality control, and safety.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $24.00
