Machine Operator-Wash LinesMachine Operator-Wash Lines|Connersville, IN|HIRING IMMEDIATELYCompensation Includes:Starting rate of $23.25-$26.76 per hour (additional $1 per hour as shift differential for nights)Available Shifts:Day Shift 6:45am - 7:00pmNight Shift 6:45pm - 7:00amTEXT TO APPLY NUMBER: (928-NOVOLEX)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for inputting the appropriate parameters to maximize efficiency of the equipment and maintain product quality.Responsible for following the assigned production schedule.Responsible for keeping the area(s) and machine(s) clean and free of debris.Responsible for troubleshooting the line(s) for washing parameters, waste generation, and output quality.Responsible for the filing of work requests for repairs or preventive maintenance.Participate and support, for every employee, a safe work environment by following all facility safety and compliance policies and procedures.Participate and support, for every employee, and visitor; the adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or G.E.D.Minimum of 6 months-4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.Basic understanding of Safety procedures.Critical decision-making ability.Flexibility and adaptability and the ability to focus and pay attention to detail.Must be able to complete the following physical requirements:Sitting, standing, walkingLifting and carrying: 0-49 lbs.Pushing pulling, twisting, climbing, stooping, kneelingReaching, grasping, repetitive motions
