Machine OperatorLingo Staffing is now hiring Machine Operators in the Warrendale, PA area to start ASAP!Machine Operators – Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. Ideal candidates will have previous machine operating or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Pay rate & Scheduled:$17.00 – $22.00 Hourly1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift available.Must be able to work rotating shiftsJob Responsibilities & Requirements:Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipmentMust have 2 plus year of machine operating, manufacturing, or production experience preferredComfortable working around industrial machinery and equipmentLoad raw materials and remove finished products from machinesPerform basic machine adjustments and changeovers as neededMonitor equipment during production to ensure proper operationInspect finished products for quality, defects, and accuracyFollow production orders, work instructions, and safety proceduresComplete required production and quality documentationIdentify machine or product issues and report them to the supervisorPerform basic troubleshooting when equipment issues occurMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaMeet daily production and quality expectationsAssist with additional production duties as neededStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to perform basic math and measurementsMust be dependable and have good attendanceAbility to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as neededWillingness to work overtime when requiredWhat We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
