Machine OperatorWe are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment in line with established work instructions, quality plans, and company policies. You will also operate forklifts and other industrial vehicles safely as per OSHA guidelines and inspect products during various stages of manufacturing. Effective communication and a positive attitude are key as you interact with computer systems for production and logistics tasks.ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing equipment in compliance with all relevant work instructions and quality plans.Operate forklifts and other industrial vehicles following OSHA safety guidelines.Perform quality inspections on incoming products, in-process manufacturing, and finished goods.Interact with computer systems required for production and logistics functions.Initiate, maintain, and improve cleanliness in the manufacturing area.Maintain a safe, quality, productive, and positive attitude at all times.Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for the majority of the working hours.Work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operation, assembly, general labor, and packaging.Proficiency with hand tools, tape measures, CNC, and calipers.Skill in mechanical operations, quality control, and forklift operation.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CNC or other automated equipment is advantageous.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings.Competence in using measurement tools such as dial calipers and micrometers.Capability to earn and maintain a forklift operator's license and other industrial vehicle certifications.Why Work Here?Our company provides excellent benefits, including comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) and a Safe Harbor 401K.
