The Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished products. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($16.32/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Potential of pay raises within the first 3 months and a potential pay raise of up to $20.40/hr within the first year!

Available shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:Prepare machine for productionSafely and effectively operates machinesMaintain productivity and quality standardsPerforms required quality testing on products producedObserves machine operation to detect piece defects or machine malfunction.
