In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting the Maintenance team in conducting activities according to agreed maintenance guidelines and procedures to increase the overall efficiency of the equipment and production line. Your expertise will ensure smooth production processes, uphold safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.Core ResponsibilitiesResponds to emergencies/breakdowns.Reports all recurring problems with machinery, equipment, and parts that can be identified and addressed for record-keeping.Sets calibration and adjusts equipment, machinery, and instruments to comply with production specifications and instructions.License to Operate / Core ValuesDemonstrates ABB's core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly.Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area.Ensures adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies.Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.Executes the assigned work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines.Collaboration / LeadershipEnsures adherence to the collaboration objectives of the team to maximize results for ABB.Leads their own development journey by seeking knowledge and learning opportunities within the team.Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.Experience:* High School Diploma/GED required* 0 - 2 years of proven experience operating plastic injection molding machinery in a manufacturing environment.* Operational knowledge of electric pallet jacks, overhead cranes, etc.* Working knowledge of production flow and processes* Adequate interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)* Injection molding technical education is preferredJoin us in shaping the future of plastic manufacturing with energy and precision!
