In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment to manufacture high-quality foam products used in the automotive industry. * Operating and monitoring production presses and machinery used to manufacture automotive foam products.
* Loading materials into equipment and ensuring products meet quality and production standards.
* Setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting machinery as needed.
* Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring specifications are met.
* Following production schedules and meeting daily output goals.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Following all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
* Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
What you'll need:
* Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience required.
* Press operator experience strongly preferred.
* Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
* Dependability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, including lifting materials as required.
* Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
