The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality work.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.Perform routine machine adjustments and notify supervisors of equipment issues or maintenance needs.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Load raw materials and remove finished products from production equipment.Complete production documentation accurately and maintain production records.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies.Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production goals.RequirementsPrevious manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work history.Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production documentation.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.Reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed.Background check and/or drug screening may be required based on client requirements.Equal Opportunity Employer: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
