We are a stable and growing family-owned business located in the Moon Township, PA area.Trainer/Supervisor Position Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Lead new hire training process for commercial press operatorsOversee day-to-day training and supervision of 30+ employee members consisting of machine operators and assemblers in a manufacturing environmentManaging production schedules, determining priorities, and managing employees through completionEnsure products are per specificationsDevelop knowledge and familiarity with our productsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities and Requirements:Supervisory experience in a manufacturing companyStrong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skillsLeadershipAdaptabilityCommunicate both verbally and in writingStrong computer skillsPhysical Demands:The employee is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
