Machine OperatorPay: $19.00 - $20.00+ DOEHours: 5:00a-1:00p or 7:00a-3:00pLocation: Strongsville, OHWe are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating various converting machines while ensuring equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. The Machine Operator will also inspect products, complete quality checks, package finished labels, and maintain accurate production documentation.Key Responsibilities:Operate various converting equipment, including slitter machines, laminating machines, rotary die cutters, flatbed die cutters, and rewind tablesMonitor machinery to support safe, efficient, and consistent productionInspect labels for defects and ensure finished products meet quality standardsPerform all required quality checksPackage finished labels for shipmentComplete required production paperwork accuratelyUse QAD to issue and receive products to work orders and print core and box labelsComplete additional production tasks as assignedKey Requirements:Previous production or manufacturing experience preferredSlitting and/or laminating experience preferredRotary die cutting experience preferredFlatbed die cutting experience preferredRoll-fed flexographic experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitudeExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to consistently meet quality and productivity standardsAbility to read and understand production paperwork and toolsStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to stand for prolonged periods while operating machineryAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as neededCandidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $20.00
