Machine Operator - StampingMachine Operator - Stamping Responsibilities:- Operating single-stroke and coil fed punch press equipment safely and efficiently- Performing visual and dimensional inspections using measuring devices, gauges, fixtures, and other quality tools to ensure products meet blueprint and customer specifications- Loading and unloading metal coils with or without assistance as needed- Inspecting, packaging, and labeling finished products according to customer requirements and company procedures- Verifying bills of materials and production orders to ensure accurate product manufacturing- Safely operating pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as needed- Meeting or exceeding production, efficiency, and quality goals- Completing required company training and maintaining compliance with all safety and operational requirements- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environmentRequirements for Machine Operator - Stamping:- High school diploma or equivalent- Basic math, measurement and reading comprehension skills- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality- Prior machining operation experience; preferably in stamping or similar production environment- Ability to walk/stand for 8-10 hours; lifting/moving up to 50 pounds regularly- Familiarity with hand tools and other manufacturing equipment- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments- Strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently and within a team
