We're seeking a Machine Operator to run a highly automated Schlusselbauer dry cast machine that produces critical precast concrete products used in sanitation and stormwater infrastructure.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with industrial equipment, reading blueprints, solving mechanical challenges, and being part of a team that builds products used in communities every day.What You'll DoAs a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in the production process by ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety while operating advanced manufacturing equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate an automated Schlusselbauer dry cast machine to produce precast concrete productsMonitor machine performance and production quality throughout the manufacturing processRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and production requirementsVerify dimensions and product accuracy using tape measures and other measuring toolsMix and prepare concrete materials as needed for productionMove materials, molds, and finished products using forklifts and overhead cranesPerform minor machine adjustments and assist with basic troubleshootingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsCollaborate with production teams to meet daily output and quality goalsWork occasional Saturdays when production demands requireWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsPrevious machine operating experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established processesMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityAbility to read and interpret blueprintsExperience using a tape measure and verifying dimensions accuratelyAbility to perform physical labor in a manufacturing environmentWillingness to work in a dusty, industrial setting with seasonal temperature fluctuationsStrong attendance record and commitment to workplace safetyPreferred ExperienceManufacturing, construction, or general labor experienceForklift and overhead crane operationConcrete production, mixing, or blending processesIndustrial equipment operationExperience following detailed quality standards and production proceduresSchedule2nd ShiftMonday through Friday2:00 PM - 12:00 AMOccasional Saturdays as neededOvertime opportunities availableWhy Join Our Team?Career GrowthWe believe in promoting from within.
