You'll be:Operating and overseeing the extrusion process of plastic products, ensuring quality and efficiencyPerforming set-ups, monitoring material usage, and managing production changeoversConducting dimensional and visual inspections, implementing corrective actions as neededDocumenting measurements and production data using internal systemsPreparing finished goods for shipment, labeling and packaging per specificationsIdentifying, labeling, and retaining non-conforming materialsParticipating in continuous improvement and 5S activitiesCommunicating regularly with supervisors and team membersFollowing all safety protocols, using proper PPE, and performing basic preventative maintenanceThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or GED (required)Bring previous manufacturing experience (preferred, but not required)Are comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.Possess effective communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a teamAre detail-oriented and able to perform accurate inspections and data entryGet a complete career fit with Kelly®.
