You'll help ensure products meet quality standards while supporting safe and efficient production. Your responsibilities will include:Setting up and operating coating equipment for production runsLoading materials and adjusting machine settings to meet product specificationsMonitoring production quality and taking measurements using tools such as rulers and calipersIdentifying and addressing routine machine or process issuesCompleting production documentation and labeling finished materialsAssisting with inventory, shipping, and downstream production activities as neededMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupporting continuous improvement efforts and sharing ideas to enhance processesWhat We're Looking ForDependable and committed to quality workMechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipmentDetail-oriented and safety-consciousTeam players who communicate well and support their coworkersMotivated to learn new skills and grow within the companyComfortable using basic computer systems and production softwareEducation & ExperienceManufacturing or machine operation experience preferredMechanical aptitude or technical experience is a plusForklift or clamp truck experience is helpful but not requiredPhysical RequirementsThis position requires standing for extended periods, frequent use of hands and arms, and occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
