You’ll Be:Machining steel parts and rails according to specifications.Operating rail bending machines to fabricate rail components.Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure correct fabrication.Using digital calipers and other measuring devices to verify accuracy.Complying with all safety procedures and protocols.Operating overhead cranes as needed.Completing production reports legibly and accurately.This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:Have a minimum of 6 months machine operator experience (preferred).Are able to multitask and work with minimal supervision.Can read and write legibly and accurately complete production reports.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and can inspect rail using measuring devices.Are quality oriented and thrive as a team player.Have a complete understanding of safe work practices.Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
