Machine Operators WantedNesco Resource is hiring machine operators in the Shelbyville area. Previous machine operator experience is a plus. Available shifts include 1st shift (7:30 am - 3:30 pm) and 2nd shift (3:30 pm - 12:00 am).
Pay rate is $17.50/hour.Essential functions include applying panels to covers, reviewing work schedules, checking equipment and supplies, reading and understanding job tickets, making adjustments and minor repairs, securing equipment at the end of the shift, and completing required paperwork. Other duties may be delegated or assigned.Job requirements include the ability to read, write, and communicate as it relates to the job and safety regulations, meeting ergonomic and physical requirements, using or learning to use equipment and tools, performing all essential functions at established capacities and quality standards, and working scheduled times.Competencies include the ability to lift/carry up to 3 lbs, static p/p-25 lbs, pinch minimum-6 lbs, grasp minimum-25 lbs, and full range of motion.
