We are currently looking for a Sheeter Operator to join our team. The wage range for this position is $ /hour plus a $2/hr shift differential for 3rd Shift.Position OverviewPerform duties to cut paper stock and board to specified sheet. Safely performs position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures.

Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline and increase efficiency of existing programs.Essential Job FunctionsWork from specifications, schedules, written and verbal instructionsOperate rotary blade cutting equipment to cut rolls of paper into sheets; set correct controlsThread paper through feed rollers; align against guides; adjust tension and synchronize timing and blades with feed to regulate length of cutReport daily productionExercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment and materialsDetect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations and unusual conditionsObserve all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.Control waste and spoilageMonitor inventory levelsCoordinate information with other shift operationsComplete work in timely fashionAdhere to company and departmental policiesDevelop and share knowledge of press operations with other crew and department personnel.Perform other duties as assignedEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma / GED equivalentPhysical RequirementsPhysically able to lift up to 50lbs occasionallyStanding and walking throughout shiftAscending and descending steps on machineOther Skills/AbilitiesMust have the ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measureMust be quality and time consciousMust be able to work independentlyMust be able to work overtimeBenefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing, vacation and sick leaveDiversity and Inclusion StatementAt Arrow International, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
