Read and interpret blueprints.
Adjust machine settings to accurately complete tasks according to specifications and in a timely fashion. Perform manual tasks such as package, crate, label, count, and sort products. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.Primary Responsibilities:Required to understand and follow all company policies and procedures.Required to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.Ensure that all guard and safety equipment have been installed and properly checked.Required to understand and follow work procedures as set forth by all ISO documentation.Safely operate machine assigned by the line lead, team leader, supervisor, or manager.Read and interpret blueprints whenever required by operation.Required to maintain quality standards on all products.Check parts dimensionally with calipers and measuring tools to maintain engineering drawing tolerances.Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers, line lead, team leader, supervisor, and manager.Responsible to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 certification requirements.Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisor.Knowledge and Skill Requirement:High school diploma or its equivalent is desired.Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing environment.Environmental / Atmospheric Conditions:Typical office/factory environment with possibility of exposure to heat in production areas.Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50 lbs. in a safe manner.Must be able to perform repetitive motion.
