Job DescriptionIchor Systems has an immediate opening for a large (6")/small diameter (1/8") vertical saw Machine Operator, located in Fremont, CA. The Machine Operator will set up and operate horizontal general labor including but not limited to functions of DI wash, saw, deburring, polishing/buffing, and leak check.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities – Other duties may be assignedPerform basic set-ups and operate machines in more than one assigned areaOperate complex equipment and machines in a safe mannerFit, align and adjust machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirementsWork from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications Identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivityLoad and unload various types of cleaning equipment, miscellaneous assembly, inspecting, alcohol wiping, swabbing, nitrogen dry parts, leak check, LPC testing, bag and tagOperate air and electric drivers, ultra sonic washProper use of required PPE. This includes coveralls, boots, hairnets/headcovers/face shields, gloves, etc.May work in a cleanroom environment all or part of the shiftMaintain logs and other necessary documentsWork with direct supervisionFor candidates in CA, the pay range for this position is $22.26 to $37.84 per hour.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
