* Assist with machine troubleshooting and basic adjustments.
* Support housekeeping and organization of the production area.

Required Skills
* Experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
* Basic math and measurement skills.
* Comfortable lifting materials and performing physical work.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Preferred Qualifications
