Production OperatorWe are a manufacturing company located in Rosemead, recruiting for production operators to join our team. We manufacture and package dietary supplements, functional beverages and cosmetic products. You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment such as capsule filling, sachet filling, mixer, soft gel, tablet press, blow mold machine, face mask machine, and liquid filling machineCooperate with team members to fulfill production daily outputAble to troubleshoot minor issues related to the machineRecord labor time used, material usage and goods output in Production Batch RecordsAdhere to safety policies and follow cGMP, SOP and OSHA proceduresOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned by supervisorsQualifications:High School diploma or general education degree or 3 months related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experienceAble to read/write/comprehend simple instructions and machine displayed informationAble to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measureAbility to handle physical workload (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)Knowledge & experience with sachet filling machine, soft gel machine, tablet press machine, capsule filling machine, HDPE blow mold machine, cosmetic manufacturing equipment is a plus
