Mass Metal Department Roll Former Machine OperatorsWe are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Mass Metal Department as Roll Former Machine Operators. This position is for 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) with a pay rate of $19.00/hr.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain roll forming machines.Read and interpret work orders and blueprints.Use hand tools, measurement instruments, and follow metal fabrication processes.Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in all tasks.RequirementsPrevious experience in metalworking or roll forming is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.Basic math, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.Language: English/Spanish (bilingual is a plus)Additional InformationPay rate: $19/hr (2nd shift).
