Machine OperatorWe are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to perform visual and automated inspections of printed products. This role involves finishing operations to complete rolls of labels and package them, recording results on designated forms, and operating machinery including Slitter, Seamer, Inspection Table, and Cutter. Additional job-related duties may be assigned.ResponsibilitiesConduct visual and automated inspections of printed products.Complete finishing operations to prepare rolls of labels for packaging.Record operational results on designated forms.Operate Slitter, Seamer, Inspection Table, and Cutter machinery.Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.Essential SkillsGood mechanical aptitude.Basic computer and math skills.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Proficiency in using a ruler, calculator, and basic hand tools.Team player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Punctuality, self-directed task completion, and good interpersonal skills.Professionalism to interface with all departments.Ability to work normal shift hours and overtime as required.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School education.Prior related experience (preferred).Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus; visual acuity correctable to Snellen 20/20.Constant standing, walking, squatting, bending, and reaching overhead.Why Work Here?We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your skills and dedication are valued.
