You'll be:Operating and monitoring manufacturing and packaging machinery to ensure efficient production.Utilizing HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.Following SOPs, work instructions, and GMP/documentation requirements to maintain quality and safety standards.Multitasking and managing multiple machine operations simultaneously, adapting quickly to dynamic production environments.Performing basic math calculations related to production and completing production records/logbooks accurately.Identifying, escalating, and resolving equipment or process issues proactively.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have prior manufacturing experience, preferably in a fast-paced production or industrial environment.Are experienced in operating manufacturing or packaging equipment/machineryCan work efficiently with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining quality and safety standards.Are a quick learner with the ability to adapt and react quickly in changing production situations.Are comfortable multitasking, following SOPs, and adhering to documentation requirements.Have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.What happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
