Machine OperatorThis role involves operating production machinery in cell and assembly departments, performing standard machine operation tasks, and supporting general production activities.Responsibilities:Operate production machinery in various departments in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner.Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance and product quality, and promptly address basic issues or escalate as needed.Perform standard machine operating tasks, including starting, stopping, adjusting, and overseeing equipment throughout the shift.Handle general production duties such as packaging finished products and moving parts, materials, and boxes throughout the plant.Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines at all times.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with 5S3K principles.Essential Skills:At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.Demonstrated ability to maintain a minimum tenure of 9 months at each previous job.Job Type & Location:This is a Permanent position based out of Holland, MI.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
