This role is responsible for operating and maintaining shop and field equipment in accordance with established procedures and competency standards.
The Machine Operator also contributes to continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate equipment in accordance with procedures, competency levels, and job requirementsPlan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location and report any problems or deviationsParticipate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew membersIdentify opportunities to improve service delivery processesParticipate in failure investigations and apply Manufacturing System tools to drive continuous improvementRequired QualificationsAbility to follow operational procedures and safety protocolsBasic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and commitment to equipment careAbility to work 2nd shift schedule (2:30PM–11:00PM)Team-oriented with effective communication skills
